Free- orders over $150
To keep things simple and still affordable, we offer flat rate shipping anywhere in Australia!
For $15, your package will be safely delivered in a bubble mailer and using minimum waste. Products will be wrapped in white tissue, or reused bubble wrap. (Bubble wrap is saved from our supplier orders and reused in your packages to limit waste), and placed in cute paper bags, inside your mailer.
This way, everything except for the mailer, will be paper based or reused and safer for the environment.
To qualify for FREE shipping, your order total (after discounts) must be $150 or more. Without reaching this requirement, we can not ship your items. You will be contacted and asked to get your order up to the $150 or pay the shipping fee of $10. Your order does not qualify for FREE shipping until the $100 is met or passed.
Orders will have a 1-5 day processing time, unless the order includes a custom item. Then processing time will differ depending on stock levels.
We are not responsible for Australia Posts service, and are not responsible for missing, lost, or stolen packages (as we will have tracking on every single order).
International:
Flat rate shipping is still offered for international orders.
USA- $30
Canada- $30
Oceania- $30
UK- $30
This is standard International postage and can take anywhere from 10-20 days to arrive. Crystal nebula is not responsible for your package once it has been shipped. For any information about delays or postage issues, please use the tracking info that will be sent to your email, or contact you local postage carrier.
Your package will be packed with sustainable packaging, just as the local orders will be. For packaging examples check out tiktok account.

If you have any issues with your order, please use the contact form on this website, or send us a DM, so that we can work everything out.
Orders are not refundable due to change of mind. And can not be refunded once the have been shipped. If your package is damaged or broken upon arrival please contact us with photo evedence. You may be able to receive a refund of the items, or a store credit of equal value, but shipping is not refundable.
